  • Self-Serve Knowledge Base – Access guides, tips, and step-by-step instructions, available 24/7.

  • On-Demand Consulting Services – Request help with setup, data migration, feature roll-outs, integrations, training, or on-site work (quoted separately).

Premium Support

Premium Support is included with Byond Advanced, and Byond Pro subscriptions.

It is available as an add-on for Byond Basic.

Premium Support takes your coverage further, giving you priority response, extended hours, and regular training to keep your team at the top of their game.

Extra benefits you’ll receive:

  • Priority Response Times – Urgent issues answered within 1 hour, with regular updates until resolved.

  • 24/7 Urgent Support – Around-the-clock help for critical issues affecting all staff.
