About the Role

As a Senior Digital Strategy Consultant you will be responsible for leading digital adoption and change initiatives for our clients.  You will drive digital transformations for our clients by aligning our innovative technology solutions with clients’ business goals.  As part of your role, you will be responsible for assessing current business processes, identifying opportunities for digitization, and managing the change necessary to integrate our new technologies.  This role also includes building and managing key client relationships and contributing to the growth of our consulting services through business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

The duties of the Senior Digital Strategy Consultant include but are not limited to:

  1. Digital Transformation Roadmap Development:
  • Lead the development of comprehensive digital transformation strategies that align with clients’ business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and present roadmaps that outline key initiatives, timelines, and adoption of technology solutions.
  1. Change Management and Adoption:
  • Act as a change agent, helping clients navigate the challenges and opportunities associated with digital transformation.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that ensure smooth adoption of our suite of digital tools and technologies.
  • Support clients with change management efforts, including training, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement to drive technology adoption.
  1. Business Analysis and Process Improvement:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ current digital capabilities and business processes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Use data and analytics to inform strategy development and optimize business processes.
  • Provide recommendations for streamlining operations and enhancing customer experience through utilisation of our suite of technology products.
  1. Consulting and Advisory Services:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on how emerging technologies can be leveraged to support business goals.
  • Lead workshops and discussions with clients to identify needs, present solutions, and build consensus among key stakeholders.
  1. Key Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level client stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction throughout the transformation or digital change journey.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and ongoing support.
  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Contribute to the growth of our consulting and software business by identifying new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Support proposal development, project scoping, and pricing strategies for consulting services.
  • Participate in and / or lead sales meetings and client presentations to secure new business and expand client relationships.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in consulting roles focused on digital change, business process improvement, and change management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging with and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in consulting services sales.
  • Experience in generating business development opportunities and growing client accounts.
  • Expertise in change management and business process mapping methodologies and tools
  • Technical proficiency with SaaS products and the ability to understand the broader technology landscape is highly desirable
  • Experience with software and business systems supporting the deathcare sector would be an advantage but not considered essential.
